Buyer FAQs

Buyers are required to get the pre-approval for the auction. Guest user can’t bid for auction. Once registered, the buyer/seller will get an email approved by the administrator. The user will be prompted to change the password and log in as a buyer or seller as per registration. To bid for a product, a registered buyer has to apply for the Auction-code which is unique for each and every auction. The credit information given by the buyer is validated and factored with the banks. If buyer fails to get the credit approval for the auction, buyer will be required to pre-pay the Minimum bid amount via credit card before the auction. Upon approval by the Administrator, Auction-Code is assigned to the Buyer and notified by an email. All auctions are final and iVyapaar may forfeit the deposits if the buyer fails to comply with the auction rules.
